This online training session for Induction tutors/leads will provide focused training to support them to support ECTs who are a cause for concern.

The session will include:

  • Suggested steps to take
  • Action/support plans
  • What effective school support can look like for a Cause for Concern ECT
  • What to do if progress remains unsatisfactory.

There will also be time to ask any questions you might have.

The session is free to all schools with ECTs registered with Teach West London Appropriate Body. You do not need to be currently supporting a Cause for Concern ECT to be eligible for this training.
