Suitable for ECTs who started their induction in September 2023, this is an opportunity to:

  • Connect again with Teach West London and other ECTs you may have already met at our Welcome Event in September 2023
  • Reflect on your first term - was it what you expected? Are there any areas you would like more help with?
  • Prepare for the rest of the year and understand how you will be assessed against the Teacher Standards

There will also be the opportunity to ask questions.
