Join us for a 3-hour welcome event which will ensure ECTs are ready for a successful induction period at your school.

The outcomes of the event are:

  • To inform ECTs of the role of your appropriate body and how to raise concerns
  • To inform ECTs of their statutory entitlements during their induction period
  • To inform ECTs of their role and responsibilities with regards to their own induction period
  • To provide ECTs with strategies to support work-life balance
  • To allow ECTs to network with other ECTs across the region
  • To support ECTs to make the most of the support available to them

There will be opportunities to network with other ECTs and hear from teachers who have just successfully completed their induction.

Please note: This training session is open to schools who are registered with the Teach West London Appropriate Body only.
