Teach West London is proud to celebrate not only a year of exceptional trainee outcomes but also national recognition for our contribution to teacher development. 

Our 2024 - 25 results show the incredible impact of our collaborative approach with schools across Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow. 

We are delighted to share the success of our 2024–25 teacher training cohort: 

100% of trainees said they were effectively trained by Teach West London 

This outcome highlights the dedication of our trainees, the expertise of our mentors and the strength of our partnerships with local schools.

Recognised for excellence through partnership with UCL 

Teach West London is also a proud delivery partner for UCL’s Early Career Teacher (ECT) and Mentor programmes, which were inspected by Ofsted in the summer term of 2025. UCL received an Outstanding judgement, recognising the exceptional quality of provision and the positive impact of its delivery partners. 

Following the inspection, UCL shared a message of thanks with their partners for their support in making a tangible difference to so many people and their part in shaping the profession in this country. 

The follow-up letter from UCL commended how the ECF programme enables Early Career Teachers to become strong, reflective professionals with a genuine sense of social and professional responsibility. Ofsted also noted that “strong relationships and communication between all involved in the programme provide a deep sense of care for ECTs.” This reflects the values at the heart of Teach West London’s approach to training and support.
